  • What should I do if there's a problem with my order?
    Please contact customer services so we can rectify your problem
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept Switch/Maestro, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Amex and PayPal.
  • Can I cancel my order or cancel an item from my order?
    You need to contact customer care as soon as possible to contact your order. If its too late please return your parcel following instruction included in your parcel.
  • I have received my order but one of them is missing?

  • Why has my card been declined?
    Your bank will be able to let you know why your card has been declined.

  • Do you ship overseas?
    Yes we do, please click here to see the countries we deliver to
  • What is the exchange rate for overseas orders?
    We charge customers in Pound sterling, however your card provider will apply the exchange rate when you make a transaction.
  • I live abroad, can I claim back VAT on my purchase?
    If your items are for business then you will be able to claim back VAT.
  • My order did not go through but I think you have charged me?

  • The item I want is sold out, when will you get a replacement back in?
    Some of our items sell out really fast. We are unable to guarantee we will get more stock in but it would be worthwhile to keep checking since we are getting new stock in all the time.
  • You have received my order but now claim that the item is out of stock, why is this?
    Our system may have shown that the item was available when in fact it was not in our warehouse. This does not happen often, and if it does we won't charge you for the item.
  • I have received an incorrect item in my order, what do I do?
    We aim to get your order right but may have made a mistake.

  • Which couriers do you use for deliveries?
    We use Royal Mail as our courier for all UK deliveries. International parcels are passed on to the local postal service.
  • How long will it take for my item to arrive?
    UK parcels will arrive within 1-3 working days. Customers who have chosen next day delivery will receive their parcel the next working day provided it is ordered before 4.30pm.
    International parcels should reach within 7 working days but please allow 10 days.
  • Can I track my order?
    Tracking Is only available for UK orders. Please see the royal mail website and enter the tracking number you have been provided.
    Unfortunately we are unable to offer a tracking service for international parcels.

  • Do I need to sign for delivery?
    Yes a signature is required upon delivery
  • What happens if you deliver whilst I am out?
    There will be a note left by the postman. Please call the number to arrange for re-delivery
  • Can I change the delivery address for my order?
    Once the order has been placed you cannot change the delivery address.

  • What is your returns policy?
    All customers can return unworn items via post within two weeks. Please fill out the instructions provided in the returns form.

  • How long will it take to refund me?
    We will credit you within 5 working days of receiving the goods back in our warehouse.
