- What is the exchange rate for overseas orders?
We charge customers in Pound sterling, however your card provider will apply the exchange rate when you make a transaction.
- I live abroad, can I claim back VAT on my purchase?
If your items are for business then you will be able to claim back VAT.
- My order did not go through but I think you have charged me?

- The item I want is sold out, when will you get a replacement back in?
Some of our items sell out really fast. We are unable to guarantee we will get more stock in but it would be worthwhile to keep checking since we are getting new stock in all the time.
- You have received my order but now claim that the item is out of stock, why is this?
Our system may have shown that the item was available when in fact it was not in our warehouse. This does not happen often, and if it does we won't charge you for the item.
- I have received an incorrect item in my order, what do I do?
