All items purchased on wagworld.co.uk must be posted back to us. You will receive a full refund minus original cost of delivery.
Customers must return any unwanted goods within 14 days of receipt provided that the item is in its original condition and has not been worn. Refunds will be credited to the original method of your payment to us.
We may not accept returns on some items due to hygiene reasons and this will be clearly stated in the product description.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund for any items that are not fully fit for re-sale. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
Please fill out all the details in the returns form (this will help to speed up your return). We require the item to be sent back to us via recorded delivery. This ensures your order reaches us safely, comes with a tracking number and is insured in the event it gets lost in the postal system. However if you do choose to use a standard service which may mean your order cannot be tracked we cannot be held responsible for your lost order therefore we will be unable to process your claim.

Free Shipping: Items returned under our 'free shipping' policy will be charged a shipping fee. For UK and Europe it is £3.50 and for USA and worldwide it is £7.00.
